Ironside Disposal LLC is a commercial waste cost-reduction advisory based in Oakland, Michigan, serving businesses throughout Metro Detroit. We help businesses review and reduce their commercial waste and related service costs. We are an independent advisory firm and are not a waste hauler.

Contact information — your name, business name, email address, mailing address, and mobile phone number, when you submit our website form, contact us, or speak with us directly.
Business and billing documents — commercial waste invoices, service contracts, and related account information that you choose to share with us so we can perform a cost audit.
Communications — records of correspondence, phone calls, SMS text messages, and emails between you and Ironside.
Consent records — when you provide consent to receive SMS messages or other communications, we record the date, time, and method of your consent.

Automatically Collected Information (Cookies & Tracking)

4. SMS / Text Messaging Program

SMS Program Description. Ironside Disposal LLC operates an SMS text messaging program for the purpose of providing transactional communications to business owners and decision-makers who have requested contact. Message types include: appointment confirmations and reminders, follow-up communications after a phone consultation, requests for documents (such as invoices and contracts) needed to complete a waste-cost audit, and notifications when an audit is complete. Messages are one-to-one and conversational in nature; we do not send mass promotional campaigns.

How to Opt In. You can opt in to receive SMS messages from Ironside Disposal LLC in two ways: (1) by providing your mobile number verbally during a phone call with our staff and agreeing to receive follow-up text messages, with consent documented in our internal records; or (2) by submitting the contact form on our website and checking the unchecked SMS consent checkbox, which clearly states the program purpose, frequency, opt-out instructions, and that consent is not a condition of purchase.

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your active engagement with Ironside. Most recipients receive only a small number of transactional messages per audit cycle.

Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your wireless carrier apply to all SMS communications.

How to Opt Out. You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT to any message you receive from us. After you opt out, you will receive a confirmation message and we will not send you any further SMS messages.

Carrier Disclaimer. Carriers (including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for any delays, failures, or issues caused by your wireless carrier.

Consent Is Not a Condition of Purchase. You are not required to opt in to SMS messages to use our services or to purchase anything from us. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

No Sharing of SMS Opt-In Data. Ironside Disposal LLC does not sell, rent, lease, or share your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in information, or consent records with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information and SMS opt-in data will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances. All other categories of data sharing described in this Privacy Policy specifically exclude SMS opt-in data and consent; this information is not shared with any third parties for any purpose other than as strictly necessary to deliver the message to you (for example, through our SMS service provider, which acts solely on our behalf and does not use the data for its own marketing).

Age Requirement. Our SMS program is intended only for individuals 18 years of age or older. You must be at least 18 years old to opt in to receive SMS messages from us.

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in these limited circumstances, and as noted above, SMS opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes under any circumstances:

With your authorization — when you authorize us (for example, through a signed Letter of Authorization) to communicate or negotiate with your waste service provider on your behalf. We never share one provider's confidential contract with a competing provider.
With service providers — vendors who help us operate our business, such as our customer relationship management platform, our SMS messaging provider, and our website hosting provider. These vendors are bound by confidentiality obligations and act only on our behalf.
When required by law — if compelled by valid legal process or to protect our rights, safety, or property.

6. Data Security

We take reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect the information you share with us. These include access controls, encrypted communications, and secure storage. However, no method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Data Retention

Unsubscribe from email — you may unsubscribe from emails using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us.
Access, correct, or delete — you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at the address below.
Update your information — you may update your contact information at any time by contacting us.

9. Children's Privacy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services and SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
